Case study · 2021 — 2023
PlayNet Internet
Regional internet provider. I rebuilt the site and carried the brand from digital to physical — from the fleet on the streets to the modem inside the customer's home.
Role
Designer & Developer — end-to-end
Stack
Next.js, Tailwind, CRM integration
Outcome
Lighthouse 95+, zero-downtime swap
95+
Lighthouse after the rebuild — fast on mobile, where ISP customers actually decide
Zero downtime
Full stack swap with 301 redirects — no ranking lost, no minute offline
Every touchpoint
One identity from the website to the fleet, print, and the modem at home
One project, one pair of hands — the website, the migration, the identity, and every printed piece the customer ever sees.
Context
PlayNet is a regional ISP serving Curitiba and the metro area. What started as a website rebuild grew into a long-term relationship: refreshing the identity and applying it consistently across every touchpoint — digital and physical.
The technical challenge was doing it live: an ISP can't go dark while its site changes stacks, and it can't afford to lose the local search ranking that brings in subscribers.
What I built
Zero-downtime migration
Full site rebuild with 301 redirects — I swapped the stack without losing Google ranking or taking the provider offline.
Performance
Next.js and Tailwind at Lighthouse 95+ — fast on mobile, where ISP customers actually decide.
Customer area
A space for subscribers to handle the everyday — second copies, contact, and services, without calling in.
Admin panel
CRM integration and automations so the team runs content and support on their own.
From brand to the physical world
The same identity, applied consistently across every piece the customer sees — on the street, in the building, and at home.
Vehicle graphics
Fleet wrapping and decals — the brand moving through the city as media.
Folder for condominiums
Custom printed material for the B2B approach to building managers and condos.
Banners
Pieces for storefronts, events, and one-off campaigns.
Modem decals
Brand on the installed equipment — a quiet presence inside the subscriber's home.
Outcome
The site went live at Lighthouse 95+ with rankings intact, and the brand became coherent across every touchpoint — digital and physical. The relationship outlived the project: I still support PlayNet on demand.
